- Receiving and welcoming guests and clients
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, e-mail, and all available means of communication
- Read and review legal reports, documents and papers, and verify their correct formulation
- Organizing lawyer appointments, such as: conferences, meetings, schedules, and travel dates
- Refer the necessary matters to the lawyer in the necessary time
- Gaining and maintaining the trust of customers by not disclosing confidential information related to cases
- Preparing various types of legal documents
- Continuous communication with clients
- Updating records, documents and legal documents on an up-to-date basis
